Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 Remote Management
Situation
During a Remote Control (RC) session, the user of the controlled box logs out and in many times. At a random login there is a RC crash in the Visible Signal dialog box.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3.1 - see KB 7006265 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Additional Information
It may take as many as 20+ log out and back in cycles to duplicate the crash.
