Situation
ZCM tells the available full memory, but not the available memory slots and memory module sizes or speed.
After various testing, found machine that was running VMware would show the memory slots and the memory modules.
but the same physical machine itself would only show the full memory in the box, and no slots or other information about the memory chips.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3.1 also - see KB 7006265 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
