Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3

Situation

When determining which bundles were or were not installed on a particular machine by a particular user, the ID was stored and compared in a manner so that if the casing of the User ID ever changed for any reason, it would believe that the bundle was installed by a different user.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3.1 - see KB 7006265 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
