ZCM 10.3 Personality Handler doesn't work with 10.2.2 Personality Migration client.

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2
Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3

Situation

A ZCM directive bundle to Store or Apply a personality fails with the following error:  "ActionHandlers.PersonaolityHandler.PMNotDetected"  This suggests that Personality Migration client is not installed on the system, but it is.

ZCM agent is version 10.3

Personality Migration client is version 10.2.2.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3.1 - see KB 7006265 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

WORKAROUND
1. Upgrade Personality Migration client to 10.3.
2. Copy the complete registry key:
HKLM\Software\Novell\Zenworks\PersonalityMigration

and put it under:

HKLM\Software\Novell\ZCM.
