SettingsReadErrorFromLocalCache error from Linux satellites after 10.2.1 update

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2

Situation

On Linux satellites, when settings directory can be accessed, and no other causes for error, /var/opt/novell/zenworks/zmd/cache/settings/settings.tftp.title.xml is improperly parsed causing error.

Resolution

When this is due to invalid xml from server, This is fixed in version 10.3.1 - see KB 7006265 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
