Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2.1 Bundles
Situation
Steps to create this issue:
- Go into a bundle in the ZCC, click on the Actions Tab.
- Under install, add a "Registry Edit" next, click on Advanced Settings and click on the User
radio button. - Click okay, and then go back into the Registry edit, then go to Advanced settings.
Both the User and System radio buttons are selected.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.2.2 - see KB 7004803 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Additional Information
This issue was reproduced on Windows 2003, and 2008 servers running ZCM 10.2.1. This did not occur in ZCM 10.2. When selecting the system radio button it seems to work. It's only when the user radio button is selected that the issue occurs.
