10.2 Inventory
Situation
The Inventory-only agent cannot register a device if one already
exists in the database with the same hostname (if the full agent is
used instead, the second device has the MAC address appended to the
name, to distinguish it).
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.2.2 - see KB 7004803 "ZENworks 10
Configuration Management 10.2.2 - update information and list of
fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
