Situation
Launching bundle that has "Install File(s)" or "Install Directory"
actions, where the destination is on a mapped drive

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.2.2 - see KB 7004803 "ZENworks 10
Configuration Management 10.2.2 - update information and list of
fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
With ZCM 10.2.2 onwards, "Install File(s)" and"Install Directory" actions can be configured to "Run as logged in user", which gives access to the mapped drives.
