Recurring queue actions lost if queue reset manually

If queue is reset manually with zman , recurring queue actions such as message cleanup and content cleanup are removed from queue list.


This is fixed in version 10.2.2 - see KB 7004803 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at
In 10.2.2 or later, resetting the queue manually will not remove the queue maintenance task, so recurring queue items will be rescheduled.

Additional Information

There should never be a reason to reset the queue manually in common use scenarios.  If this was inadvertently done in prior versions of ZENworks, a sql command can be provided by NTS to correct the queue table.
