Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2 Inventory
Situation
Software inventory lists products with invalid manufacturer names. For example, Novell ZENworks exe files are listed with a manufacturer name of "Morpheus " and Microsoft .NET modules are listed with a manufacturer as "lorh ".
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.2.2 - see KB 7004803 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
The fix will prevent this situation from arising on systems once applied. For systems currently affected by this issue, contact Novell Technical Support, quoting this TID, for assistance in resolving the situation
