The various operating system options within the iManager -> Broker -> RMS Drivers tab are missing after updating the iPrint plug-in to support Windows 7 printer drivers. The OS options which should show are:
Windows NT 4
Vista (32 bit)
Vista (64 bit)
Windows 7 (32 bit)
Windows 7 (64 bit)
This issue has been reported to engineering.
- Delete the sys:\tomcat\5.0\work directory
- Restart Tomcat
Note: The "work" directory is a cache directory. The directory will get recreated and repopulated as you browse iManager.
The class files within the sys:\tomcat\5.0\work directory contain the older Broker drivers page information. This conflicts with the updated iPrint plug-in which changes the way the Operating Systems are displayed within the iPrint Broker page.
