DLU User not added to groups when computer name is same as user name

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

If the Windows device computer name is the same as the user name for user logging in, the DLU user is not added to groups defined for "Member of " in ZCC policy details.
 
ERROR (from zmd-messages.log):  The user 'user1' can not be added into the group 'Administrators' retValeu : 1387
 
 

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.2.2 - see KB 7004803 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
