RDP does not pass the remote credentials to the desktop with ZCM agent installed

Situation

RDP to Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 2008 does not pass the remote credentials to the desktop with ZCM agent installed.
ZEN Credential Provider has to make use of MicroSoft's CLSID_RemoteLogonFilter to get the remote credentials.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3 - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
 
For ZENworks 11:  This is fixed in version 11.1 - see KB 7008746 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
