Situation
Legacy
applications migrated using ZCM migration wizard.
ZENworkswindowsservice.exe consumes between 6Mb and 1.2 Gb and in one case approximately half of the cpu time with no bundles or policies assigned.

Resolution
Migrate
application objects to MSI packages instead of to bundle actions.
When using MSI packages, this issue will not occur because then we
will not have the large strings in the action data.

Trial-and-error is probably the only way of finding the bundle(s) that are causing the issue. If all of those bundles were migrated as actions, then the best would be to migrate them again as MSIs.
