Situation
When installing the ZCM image explorer on a system that has more than one drive, the files are installed to the second drive, it does not install to the first drive or the C:\ drive by default.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.3 - see KB 7014213 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3 - update information and list of fixes", which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7014213
Workaround:
1- Uninstall the image explorer. Use msiexec to do this, for example:
msiexec /x novell-zenworks-zmgexplorer-11.1.0.10568.msi
2- Install image explorer again with msiexec and define the TARGETDIR, For example:
msiexec /i novell-zenworks-zmgexplorer-11.1.0.10568.msi TARGETDIR="c:\"
