Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

After stopping or restarting ZENworks Agent Service on a satellite server, requests to port 80 on the satellite hang.  Invalid PID (zombie process) has port in use.  The agents can't connect until the satellite is rebooted.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.2.1 - see KB 7003766 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.2.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
