Situation
action of type "Launch
Windows Executable"
executable is "CMD.EXE" (or "${winsysdir}\cmd.exe", or any valid variant) and parameters are to launch a batch file (e.g.,"/c c:\x.bat"
or
executable is a batch file
Action is set to run as Dynamic Administrator
When bundle is launched, there are no errors, but the batch file is not invoked
If the action is set to run as Normal user, the action succeeds

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.2.2 - see KB 7004803 "ZENworks 10
