Cannot distinguish between 32-bit and 64-bit Macs in list of Workstations

Environment

Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 2 - ZCM 11 SP2 ZENworks Control Center - ZCC

Situation

In ZCC Devices > Workstations, Macs are shown as mac-osx-<version>-i386 whether they are 32-bit or 64-bit

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.1 - see KB 7010042 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010042
