ZCM 10.1.2 Windows server takes a long time to be available after a restart

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1

Situation

After upgrading to 10.1.2, a ZCM Windows server takes a long time (around 20 minutes) before the desktop is available, and you may receive the message
"one or more services failed to start"

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1.3 - see KB 7002526 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.3" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

This issue was caused by a thread that was waiting to open the firewall port for the quick task web server.
