Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1
Situation
In cases where the ZENworks agent is shutting down and tries to close the local quick task web service port 7628 but that port is not open, a protection fault occurs on Windows.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1.3 - see KB 7002526 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.3" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
