ZCC remains unresponsive and users are unable to login

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1 Database
Microsoft SQL 2005 Cluster


After about two hours the ZCC becomes unresponsive.
If the SQL cluster is rebooted, the ZCC becomes responsive again and users can login.
SQL log file shows database is waiting on 'update zUserPrimaryDeviceInformation'
