10.1.1/10.1.2 update will not apply

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10.1 Configuration Management System Update

Situation

System Update 10.1.1 or 10.1.2 is showing in the System Updates tab of the ZCC, but it will not apply to devices.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1.3 - see KB 7002526 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.3" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
 

Additional Information

If you are unable to go to 10.1.3 for the fix, Novell Support has a field test file that may help with this issue.  The FTF has instructions how how it should be run.  Contact Novell Technical Support to obtain this FTF.
 
NOTE: There are many reasons why the update may not be applying.  If this FTF does not work, please open a ticket with Novell Support to troubleshoot the issue
