Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1

Situation

One primary server becomes unresponsive.
Unresponsiveness cascades to other primary servers.
Happens a couple of times each day.
Stopping and starting the ZCM services brings the servers back to being responsive.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1.3 - see KB 7002526 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.3 - patch information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
