Cannot use ZLM to patch RHEL5 64-bit servers

Situation

Errors occur when trying to use ZLM to patch 64-bit Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 servers

Resolution

To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

The issue arises because Red Hat have begun to install both 32-bit and 64-bit RPMs on 64-bit servers. ZLM did not correctly recognise the 32-bit RPMs.
