ZCM 10.1.1 Migrated application's Content status will stay unavailable

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1
Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2

Situation

Migrated application's content will sometimes remain unavailable.

Resolution

To reduce the risk of the symptom, change the Configuration, Content, Content Replication, 'Primary Server Recurring Content Replication Schedule:'  from the default of 5 minutes to several hours.  If this process runs during the application migration, application content is inadvertently removed resulting in the application content being unavailable.  If the application is in this state, it will need to be deleted and recreated and complete the creation process when the 'Primary Server Recurring Content Replication Schedule:' is not running.  Checking for when that process will run or is running is not an option at this time.

This is fixed in version 10.1.3 - see KB 7002526 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.3" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

The fix for this issue is included in 10.2, however a newly created (small) bundle remained in an unavailable state on a 10.2 environment.  Increasing the 'Primary Server Recurring Content Replication Schedule:' to several hours in a 10.x.x updated to 10.2 environment did resolve the symptom for at least one environment.
