Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1
Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1 Patch Management

Situation

DAU (Discover Applicable Updates) are failing on a device. Debug.log showing:

ERROR: Package:  <PackageName>.pls
Error Occurred: 27

There may be some corruption with the .pls files and/or the DAU Bundles.

Vulnerabilities page in ZCC hangs.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1.3 - see KB 7002526 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.3 - patch information and list of fixes" which can be found at Novell Support
