ZCM 10.1.x System temp directory will get filled up with hundreds directories and files

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a Group Polices with some settings
2. Assign that group policy to the device
3. Refresh the device

RESULTS: After the refresh there there a lot of directories created, some are empty some have files included. After some time they will be more directories created. These directories will not be deleted and there can be hundreds of directories in the System temp folder (C:\Windows\temp, etc. ).
