Adding package to bundle fails for Oracle10g database

Problems when using Oracle 10g database

Cannot add package to bundle when using "zlman bap"
Fatal Error: couldn't create package in data store:
com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.InternalDataModelException

Cannot assign bundle to device continuously
ERROR: The wizard cannot continue for the following reasons:
Error Unable to complete your request for the following reason: The RPM Package Bundle was created, but the packages could not be added. This might be due to the RPM packages being corrupt.

Exception when Mirroring whilst adding the downloaded package to the bundle
ERROR: Adding packages for target "sled-10-i586" to bundle "/zlmmirror/sled-10-bundle"
Error: An error occurred while trying to add a package to the bundle
"/zlmmirror/sled-10-bundle". (couldn't create package in data store:
com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.InternalDataModelException)
