Novell ZENworks 7 Handheld Management - ZHM7
Situation
If a device is already set with a simple password and eDirectory
sync is enabled on that device, when the device client gets synced
with the server , the ZENworks applet pops up, asking for the
Network password and device password. The applet will not accept
any valid password, the device must be hard reset.
Resolution
To obtain a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the
instructions in KB 3829982 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Handheld
Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
