Environment

Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management - ZLM7.2

Situation

Set Device Refresh Schedule in ZCC - schedule is only set on ZLM 7 agents.

Resolution

To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

This option is for backwards compatibility with ZLM 7 agents, so does not apply to ZLM 7.2. With the hot patch applied, ZCC shows"This option is only applicable to ZENworks 7 Linux Management Agents."
