Files removed from bundle are not removed from target when bundle is redeployed

If a file is removed from a bundle, it does not get removed from target machines when the bundle is redeployed.

For example: if a bundle contains files, A,B, C and is deployed to a device, then files A, B and C are placed on the device. If file B is removed from the bundle, and the bundle is redeployed, file B is not removed from the target device.
