While tryng to PXE boot the nvlnbp.sys file does not load properly

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management - ZLM7.2

Situation

When PXE booting the nvlvbp.sys file makes it down to the workstation but it doesn't respond after that.
The workstation hangs on the first screen. Linux does not load and it doesn't exit out of PXE.

Resolution


To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
