Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management - ZLM7.2
Situation
Cannot use user "administrator" through zlman for any command that
requires Administrator-level access
User "administrator" created via zlman
Can use user "administrator" via ZCC
User "administrator" created via zlman
Can use user "administrator" via ZCC
Resolution
Delete user "administrator" via zlman (but make sure you have a
backup administrator-level account as well, just in case!)

Additional Information
This problem occurs because zlman should not allow you to create a
user called "administrator", as this user is created during
installation. The user created by zlman is called "administrator"
but has none of the rights. The fix prevents this user from being
created via zlman.
