Situation
Locking a package using "rug la" still permits upgrading to a higher version.
Resolution
To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Additional Information
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Install a bundle containing an earlier version of a package.
2) Lock this package using "rug la"
3) Create a bundle containing a higher package version of the same package.
4) A "rug lu" will show this newer package.
5) Run "rug up"
