PC is very slow to boot with ZCM Agent installed

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

The amount of time the PC takes from startup until the Log-on screen appears may increase significantly after the ZCM agent is installed.
Also, the amount of time from when credentials are entered until the Windows desktop appears may increase significantly.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.3 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
