ZCC does not show timeout error when System Update connection fails

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

When lan connection is lost, System Update still shows downloading xx% and no timeout message.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.3 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround: After re-establishing the connection, clear the system update and retry.
