Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

A Java Exception occurs in the ZCC every time an attempt is made to access "System Update".

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.3 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
If the issue prevents you from being able to apply the 10.0.3 update, please contact Novell Technical Support to obtain a patch.
