Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

The order of install MSI actions of a bundle after migrating a ZFD MSI application that has Registry entries added to the app object is incorrect. As expected, there are 2 Install MSI actions. However the first "Install MSI Action" is for the registry entries. The second "Install MSI Action" is for the MSI application. To work as it did in ZFD, the order should be swapped. The MSI for the app should install first and then the registry MSI.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.1 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
