Compliance Data Refresh Not Functioning Properly

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

On Licensed Products Page, clicking Action - Refresh, Compliance Status (or the refresh icon) does not refresh all products compliance data.

When clicking this Action button, the Compliance Refresh Start and End does not appear to change as well as the Progress % does not change.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.2 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
