Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

ZCM inventory in Chinese reports user with wrong sequence of given / family name. It puts the given name (forename) first and family name (surname) last.

In Chinese, the family name comes first, and the given name comes last.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.2 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
