Remote Control with Capslock on results in wrong password

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

If capslock is on and the agent is at the login gina, a Remote Control session will inherit the caps lock setting. Once the session is established, if you try to enter the password (or try to type letters in the user name - you will get capital letters) you may get a warning "wrong password"

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.1 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
