login to the ZAM Manager connected to an Oracle
Console returns an error 500

username and password for the standard or enterprise deployment of
ZAM are case sensitive:
The cause of
this particular problem was that the username for the ZAM Manager
was entered as:
username is case sensitive when the ZAM Manager is logging into an
instance, the ZAM Web Console also returned and error 500.
