Unable to login to the ZAM Manager connected to an Oracle database
ZAM Web Console returns an error 500
TSCMgrEvent log does not get created to find out why the ZAM Manager will not start


The default username and password for the standard or enterprise deployment of ZAM are case sensitive:
Username: EntAdmin
Password: enterprise
The cause of this particular problem was that the username for the ZAM Manager was entered as:
The EntAdmin username is case sensitive when the ZAM Manager is logging into an Oracle database.
