Situation

ERROR: "There was a problem downloading the PRU"
when going to Configuration | System Updates andchoosing Action | Download Apply PRU in the ZCC

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.2 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
