Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

Zman not properly storing Administrator name or password with Extended ASCII characters e.g. (Alt+164) ñ, (Alt+130) é.
Even though zman will store the Administrator Credentials, all the zman commands ran with the Administrator name having Extended ASCII characters will fail.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.1 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
