Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

Installing agent on W2K, stops part-way through, no error message is displayed.

ZPA.Status states : "KEY_ERROR_CHECK_LOGS"

ZENPreagent.InstallErr states : "Failed to set permissions on download dirs.
ErrorCode : 1332"

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.3 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
