User objects from eDir 8.8 sp2 are not listed in ZCC

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

LDAP Browser queries to eDir 8.8 sp2 are sometimes not returning, or are taking a long time to return. This means that the users may not show up in the ZCC Users tab.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.1 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
