RDP Login to 2003 Terminal server does not complete

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server

Situation

Not able to RDP Login to a Windows 2003 server. After entering in the user credentials, the login box disappears but it never finishes logging in.

UserEnvDebugLevel (see Article 221833at microsoft.com) indicates that it stops at winlogon.exe

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.2 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

This issue is due to problems in the miCASA service.
