"Unable to open the <ZRMUserLoginEvent> event" logged against workstation when booting

Situation

ERROR: "Unable to open the event"
This appears as a critical error in ZCC for the workstation after booting

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.1 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

This problem is cosmetic, and results from a timing issue where the Remote Management Service may sometimes be slightly slower in starting. If the Remote Management Service is running, it can safely be ignored.
