Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management - ZLM7.2
Situation
Any Package that was added to ZLM 7.0 with the freshen flag set (this includes mirrored packages) will not be distributed after an upgrade to ZLM 7.2.
Resolution
To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management" which can be found at Novell Support
Ensure after installing the rpms to follow the instructions in the readme for zlm72hp5-tid.tar.gz "ZLM 7.2 Upgrade to IR 1 from ZLM 7.2" found at Novell Downloads

Root Cause:
An RPM package with an EPOCH of 'none' when added to a bundle in ZLM 7 the EPOCH is stored in the Datastore as -1. In ZLM 7.2 this same action imports the EPOCH as 0.
If the package is not marked as Freshen then it is distributed as expected.
