Error logging into WebConsole after applying post SP1 update

Novell ZENworks Asset Management 7 - ZAM7

Situation

Unable to login to WebConsole after applying a post SP1 update for ZAM
Error : A problem was encountered during the DB upgrade. CreateWebConsoleBaseTables.xml failed to complete.

Resolution

First get a copy of the rtrlet.war file from a patch prior to SP1. This can be obtained by contacting Novell Zenworks Support.
Using that rtrlet.war file, follow the steps outlined in TID 10099777
After doing that, follow KB 10099777 again, but using the rtrlet.war file from the Filestore as mentioned in the TID.
